Soft swirling tulle underneath for fullness, with a soft polyester under skirt for protection of those delicate legs! Such a pretty bright and happy dress.It would also make a perfect Christmas Dress.The top layer of our dress has a sparkly layer of tulle that adds to the magic of the costume.
